Remember that tutorchahiye.com lead based system  never charge any fees from the student . 

1. Refund Request Time Limit

• Any refund request must be submitted within 7 (seven) working days from the date of payment or transaction.

• No refund request shall be accepted after 7 days under any circumstances.

2. Mode of Refund Request

• Raising a request through the Tutorchahiye.com platform.

• Sending an email request to support@tutorchahiye.com within 7 working days of the transaction.

Only requests submitted within the prescribed time limit will be reviewed.

3. Welcome Plan (₹49 Offer)

• Tutorchahiye.com offers a Welcome Plan of ₹49 with one-month validity for newly registered users.

• The Welcome Plan amount is strictly non-refundable and non-claimable under any condition.

• No refund request related to the Welcome Plan will be accepted at any cost.

4. Tutor Plan & Lead Access Policy

• If a teacher purchases any plan, and even a single lead has been accessed, the teacher shall not be eligible for any refund.

• In such cases, any refund application will not be considered.

• Teachers are strongly advised to carefully read all plan and lead details before registering and making any purchase.

5. Plan Validity

• No extension of validity is provided for any purchased plan.

• Requests related to plan validity extension will not be accepted, and no refund shall be granted on this basis.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Review Process: Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information or clarification.

3. Processing Refunds

• Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will notify you via email.
• Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
• Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Monthly Plan- Validity of Registration is only one month at registration of initial Processing  payment Rs 299  which is not Refundable.Only tenTution leads are credit or Provide at the Registration of Rs 299/ validity one months amount will not Refundable.

Quaterly Plan-Validity of Registration is only three month at registration of initial Processing  payment Rs 799  which is not Refundable.Only thirty five tuition leads are credit or Provide at the Registration of Rs 799/ validity three months amount will not Refundable.

Half yearly plan-Validity of Registration is only six month at registration of initial Processing  payment Rs 1499  which is not Refundable.75 Tution leads are credit or Provide at the Registration of Rs 1499/ validity Six months amount will not Refundable.

5. Changes to this Policy
